All photos available on Resource Boy Photos are created by Resource Boy using generative AI tools and may also be selected, edited, enhanced, retouched, or refined by our team before publication.

Resource Boy grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use these photos under the terms below.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific photo page, our photos are free for both personal and commercial use.

No attribution is required.

Our license is designed to be simple: use our photos in your creative work, modify them to fit your needs, and use the finished work personally or commercially. Just don't resell, redistribute, or republish the photos themselves as standalone or competing assets.

You Can:

• Use our photos for personal and commercial projects.
• Use them on websites, apps, blogs, and online stores.
• Use them in social media posts, videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Use them in client and commissioned projects.
• Use them in presentations, publications, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Use them as part of physical and digital products.

You Can Not:

• Sell or redistribute a photo that remains substantially unchanged from the original.
• Repackage our photos as your own photo collection, bundle, library, or asset pack.
• Upload our photos to stock photo websites, free photo libraries, asset marketplaces, wallpaper sites, or similar platforms for redistribution.
• Make our original photo files available for others to download, extract, or reuse as standalone assets.
• Claim that you created the original Resource Boy photo.
• Claim exclusive rights over an original Resource Boy photo.
• Copy, scrape, mirror, or republish the Resource Boy Photos library.
• Use our photos for AI or machine-learning training without prior written permission.
• Use our photos in a way that falsely suggests Resource Boy endorses a person, company, product, service, or organization.

Prohibitions

Resale & Redistribution

You may use Resource Boy photos as part of your own finished creative work, but you may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or make available the original photo files or substantially unchanged versions of them as standalone assets.

The basic rule is simple:

Use the photo in your work — don't redistribute the photo itself.

Stock Sites & Competing Libraries

You may not upload or redistribute Resource Boy photos through stock photo websites, free photo libraries, wallpaper sites, asset marketplaces, download platforms, or similar services.

You may also not use our photos to create, populate, or operate a competing photo library, AI photo library, resource website, or other service primarily intended to provide downloadable visual assets.

Bundles & Asset Packs

You may not include original or substantially unchanged Resource Boy photos in photo bundles, asset packs, resource collections, downloadable libraries, or similar products where the primary value is access to the photo files themselves.

AI Training & Datasets

You may not scrape, collect, aggregate, bundle, or use Resource Boy photos as part of an AI training dataset, machine-learning dataset, image-generation dataset, model-training collection, or similar data source without prior written permission from Resource Boy.

False Ownership & Exclusivity

You may not claim that you created the original Resource Boy photo or claim exclusive ownership or exclusive rights over it.

Resource Boy photos are licensed non-exclusively, which means the same photo may be available to and used by other users.

You may not prevent Resource Boy or other licensed users from using the same photo.

Logos, Trademarks & Exclusive Brand Assets

You may incorporate a Resource Boy photo into a broader brand design.

However, because our photos are licensed non-exclusively, you should not rely on an unchanged Resource Boy photo as a logo, trademark, service mark, or other brand asset where exclusive rights are required.

Illegal, Harmful or Misleading Use

You may not use Resource Boy photos for unlawful purposes.

You may also not deliberately use an AI-generated photo to falsely present a generated person, place, scene, or event as authentic where doing so could materially deceive or mislead others.

Important Note About AI-Generated Photos

Resource Boy photos are created using generative AI technology. AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar content may be created independently by others.

This license does not grant you exclusive rights to any person, object, brand, trademark, design, property, or other third-party element that may appear in a photo.

You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights, including trademark, privacy, publicity, or other applicable rights.

Resource Boy photos are provided on a non-exclusive basis and should not be treated as exclusive visual assets.

We want the Resource Boy Photo License to be easy to understand and practical for real creative work. You can use our photos in personal projects, client work, commercial designs, websites, advertising, products, and many other applications without attribution.

The main rule is simple:

Use the photos in your work, but don't redistribute the photos themselves.

• Can I use Resource Boy photos commercially?

• Do I need to give credit?
  No. Attribution is not required. If you'd like to credit Resource Boy, we appreciate it, but it is completely optional.
• Can I modify the photos?

• Can I use the photos for client projects?

• Can I send the finished project to my client?
  Yes. You may deliver finished designs, websites, advertisements, publications, packaging, videos, and other completed work containing Resource Boy photos to your clients.You are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, leasing, licensing, sub-licensing, or otherwise offering our resources to any third party. However, you may not simply offer an original or substantially unchanged Resource Boy photo as a standalone poster, print, downloadable artwork, or similar product where the primary value of the product is the photo itself.
• Can I use the photos on social media?
  Yes. You can use Resource Boy photos in organic posts, sponsored content, advertisements, thumbnails, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Can I use the photos on my website or app?
  Yes. You can use our photos as website visuals, backgrounds, hero photos, blog graphics, app visuals, interface graphics, banners, and other digital content.
• Can I use the same photo in multiple projects?
  Yes. There is no limit on the number of permitted projects in which you can use a Resource Boy photo.
• Can I sell the original photo?
  No. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer an original or substantially unchanged Resource Boy photo as a standalone downloadable asset.
• Can I upload Resource Boy photos to a stock photo website?
  No. You may not upload our photos to stock photo platforms, asset marketplaces, free photo libraries, wallpaper websites, or similar services for redistribution.
• Can I include Resource Boy photos in a template?
  Yes, with limitations. You can use a Resource Boy photo as part of a larger template design as long as the template provides meaningful creative value beyond simply providing access to the photo. The photo may not be offered as a separate reusable asset or be the primary reason someone purchases or downloads the template.
• Can users extract the photo from my template or product?

  Yes. Photos available on Resource Boy Photos are created by Resource Boy using generative AI tools and may also be selected, edited, enhanced, retouched, curated, or otherwise refined by our team before publication.
• Can I claim exclusive ownership of a Resource Boy photo?
  No. This license does not give you exclusive rights over the original Resource Boy photo. You may have rights in your own original creative work built around a Resource Boy photo, depending on applicable law, but you may not prevent Resource Boy or other licensed users from using the original photo.
• Can I use a Resource Boy photo as a logo or trademark?
  You may incorporate a photo into a broader brand design, but we do not recommend relying on an unchanged Resource Boy photo as an element that requires exclusive trademark or brand rights. Our photos are licensed non-exclusively and may also be used by others.
• Is attribution really optional?
